In this experiential deep dive, Brian Robertson will cover the core building blocks of a healthy self-management practice. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in an immersive Holacracy simulation, receiving hands-on feedback from Certified Holacracy Coaches and fellow participants.
Through the learning modules and simulation exercises, you’ll gain clarity around how to dynamically and collectively steer an organization in service of its evolutionary purpose. Brian will also delve into the subtleties of shifting power dynamics within an organization.
Armed with a comprehensive toolbox of methods and skills, you’ll not only become an effective Holacracy practitioner, but also develop into a more well-rounded leader in the process.
Live sessions cohorts
This training has a hybrid format: it includes self-paced e-learning materials as well as group live sessions. The live sessions are an integral part of the training experience. After you gain access to the training, you will be prompted to select a cohort to join the live sessions.
Cohorts include 5 sessions of ~2h each, typically scheduled weekly, and hold up to 6 participants. We aim to always have cohorts available, though their frequency will depend on demand at any given time.*
