Licensing Program

An organization wishing to sell and deliver Holacracy services to its clientele must first either become a Licensed Holacracy Provider, or partner with such a firm on the engagement to receive their guidance and support.  To protect the quality and integrity of the Holacracy brand, HolacracyOne requires licensee organizations to demonstrate their capacity to provide effective Holacracy consulting services before granting a license. This is typically achieved via completion of our Certification Training, followed by a joint engagement where HolacracyOne supports the licensee in delivering services.

Once a license is granted, a licensee organization may sell and deliver Holacracy consulting services and introductory workshops. As a benefit and a requirement of the license, the licensee doubly-links with HolacracyOne’s License Program Circle, which governs the licensing program and provides guidance and support for licensees.
